This 160 page publication first defines the various types of
housing from condominiums to assisted living facilities, then lists the financial
assistance programs in Connecticut, and finally, breaks down virtually all of the
different housing communities by region.
Renters Question and Answer Booklet (April 2007) -- by the
Office of Policy and Management of the State of Connecticut (OPM).
Note that this 18-page booklet was written for municipal
assessors and their agents to guide them through processing of the Renters’ Rebate
program.
Multi-family Housing Units by County (Connecticut) -- by the
Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA).
This 20-page publication lists all elderly housing units in the
state with their pertinent information.
