GIFTING POWER that may be added to the Power of Attorney

To make gifts of my real or personal property, outright or in trust, to or for the benefit of any one or more of the following:
    my wife
    my descendants
    other descendants of my parents
    the spouses of any of the above

provided, however, that no attorney-in-fact may make gifts to or for the benefit of himself or herself.

 


CHARITABLE GIVING ONLY Power that may be added to the Power of Attorney:

To make charitable gifts of my real or personal property, outright or in trust, in continuation of any program of charitable giving in which I engage or that would reflect my inter vivos and/or testamentary intentions as known to my attorney(s)-in-fact.

        This power of attorney shall not be affected by my disability or incompetence subsequent to the date hereof.  

        I hereby ratify and confirm all that my said attorney(s) shall lawfully do by virtue hereof.
